We’re thrilled to announce the creation of our company, Helfurtica KLG!
With our official launch, we can now sell our products on our webshop legally and independently, without relying on third-party intermediaries.
As the founder, I, Sharkahm, have chosen SumUp as our webshop provider. SumUp’s model is ideal for us—it avoids monthly subscription fees and instead charges a reasonable 2.5% per sale, giving our webshop the flexibility to grow at its own pace.
We also bought the domain helfurtica.ch!
Webshop Structure
Our webshop operates with a simple and transparent system:
Associates
Core members actively running and managing Helfurtica. They oversee operations, strategy, and growth while sharing in the company’s success and responsibilities.
Contributors
Independent artists collaborating with Helfurtica by selling their creations through the webshop. Contributors earn from their sales without being involved in the company's internal operations.
Selling Goods
If you’re interested in selling products through our webshop, you’ll need to contact Sharkahm directly. As a seller, you’re free to set your own margin.
To cover operational costs, Helfurtica will add a small fee (2.5%) on top of the sale price.

Final Price = ( Production Cost × ( 1+Profit Margin) ) × ( 1 + 0.05 ) + Shipping Fee

- Production Costs: CHF 20
- Artist's Profit Margin: 40%
- Variable Costs: 5% (2.5% SumUp fee + 2.5% Helfurtica fee)
- Shipping: CHF 5
Step-by-Step Calculation
Artist’s Price (Production Cost + Artist's Profit Margin)
Artist’s Price = Production Cost × (1 + Artist's Profit Margin)
Artist’s Price = 20 × (1 + 0.4) = 20 × 1.4 = CHF 28
Add Variable Fees (5%)
Fee Total = Artist’s Price × 0.05
Fee Total = 28 × 0.05 = CHF 1.40
Price with Fees = Artist’s Price + Fee Total
Price with Fees = 28 + 1.40 = CHF 29.40
Add Shipping Fee
Final Price = Price with Fees + Shipping Fee
Final Price = 29.40 + 5 = CHF 34.40
Result
- Artist Receives: CHF 28 (Production Cost + 40% Profit Margin)
- Helfurtica and SumUp Fees: CHF 1.40
- Shipping Fee: CHF 5
- Final Price Charged to Customer: CHF 34.40
The artist will receive their payment monthly.
Helfurtica KLG will use the fee to cover the costs:
- Company creation (CHF ~355)
- Domain name (CHF ~1.7/Month)
After every expense is covered, half of its gains will be distributed to the associates for their efforts and responsibilities yearly.
